How we work

From first call to certificate of occupancy

  1. 1

    Scope call and existing conditions

We review your drawings, confirm the building type, jurisdiction and utilities, and send a written scope and fee. Site survey when the project needs one.

  2. 2

    Design coordinated with your architect

Load calculations, equipment selection, routing and space checks early, so shafts, rooftop units and panels are settled before the architecture is frozen.

  3. 3

Permit set sealed in your state

Complete M, E, P and FP drawings, schedules and energy compliance forms, signed and sealed by a professional engineer licensed in the project jurisdiction.

  4. 4

    Plan review and construction support

We answer plan-examiner comments, contractor RFIs and submittals, and issue as-builts, so the project gets its approvals and its certificate of occupancy.

Designs follow the codes adopted by your jurisdiction, including the IBC, IMC, IPC, IFGC and IECC, NFPA 70 (NEC), NFPA 13, 72 and 96, and ASHRAE 62.1 and 90.1, in the editions your plan examiner enforces.
