MEP Engineering for Warehouse and Industrial Facilities

High-bay heating and ventilation, process exhaust, equipment and dock power, high-bay lighting and storage sprinkler coordination.

Warehouse and industrial projects are about volume, loads and process: a lot of air to move, a lot of power to distribute, and operations that cannot stop for a system that was not sized right. We design heating, ventilation, exhaust, power and lighting for distribution centers, pharmaceutical storage and light industrial facilities, and we coordinate the fire protection design with the storage the owner actually plans to keep.

Recent industrial work

Our largest listed project is the Siemens Energy facility in Mount Pleasant, Pennsylvania, a 64,357 square foot high-tech and industrial facility with large industrial ventilation fans and power distribution for advanced equipment. Core Pharma’s warehouse in Edison is a smaller example of temperature-controlled storage.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design the sprinkler system for a warehouse?

We provide the fire protection design basis, storage classification and hydraulic calculations the permit requires, and we review the sprinkler contractor's shop drawings. Storage height and commodity drive the design, so we document those assumptions clearly.

Can you design for temperature-controlled pharmaceutical storage?

Yes. Core Pharma's 8,500 square foot warehouse in Edison required stable temperature and humidity control with reliable power, and we have designed similar spaces for pharmaceutical handling and office-lab combinations.

Have a project in design or permitting?

Send us the drawings you have, even if they are early. We reply within one business day with scope, fee and schedule.
