MEP Engineering for Hospitality, Hotels and Entertainment Venues
Guest-room and public-area HVAC, kitchen and bar systems, hot water at hotel scale, and life safety for assembly spaces.
Hospitality projects mix residential, assembly and food-service occupancies in one building, each with its own code requirements and each affecting guest experience. We design guest-room and public-area systems, the kitchens and bars that feed them, and the hot water, fire protection and emergency power a hotel depends on, with phasing for renovations in operating properties.
Frequently asked questions
Have you designed restaurants inside hotels or casinos?
Yes. Sitar Cafe inside a casino on the Atlantic City boardwalk is listed in our projects. Tenant systems in a host building must tie into the building's exhaust, fire alarm and utilities, and we design to the host's requirements.
Do you handle hotel renovations floor by floor?
Yes. Phased guest-room renovations need the risers, shutoffs and temporary conditions planned so occupied floors are unaffected, and we document that phasing on the drawings.
Have a project in design or permitting?
Send us the drawings you have, even if they are early. We reply within one business day with scope, fee and schedule.
