Accessibility statement

Our standard

This site is built to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. That includes sufficient color contrast, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, text alternatives for images, descriptive link text, and the ability to zoom and resize text.

Known limitations

Some older articles migrated from our previous website include images without full descriptions, and some engineering drawings shown as images cannot be fully described in text. We are reviewing and correcting these over time. Project documents we deliver to clients are provided in formats appropriate to the permitting authority and can be provided in alternative formats on request.
