MEP Engineering for Pharmaceutical Offices, Labs and Storage

Lab ventilation and exhaust, temperature and humidity control for storage, reliable power and lab plumbing, sized for how the facility operates.

New Jersey’s pharmaceutical corridor gives us steady work in offices, labs and controlled storage for pharmaceutical companies. These projects are about control: air changes, pressurization, temperature and humidity, and power that does not drop. We design the systems to the owner’s operating requirements, document the design basis so it can be validated, and phase renovations so the facility keeps operating.

Recent pharmaceutical work

OCIM Pharmaceuticals’ office and laboratory facility in Parsippany, Safrel Pharmaceuticals’ 25,000 square foot renovation in South Brunswick and Core Pharma’s temperature-controlled warehouse in Edison are listed in our projects.

Frequently asked questions

Do you design cleanrooms?

We design the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems that serve controlled environments and coordinate with the cleanroom vendor and the owner's validation requirements. Classified cleanroom design is scoped project by project.

Can you phase a renovation in an operating pharmaceutical facility?

Yes. The Safrel Pharmaceuticals renovation in South Brunswick upgraded 25,000 square feet of HVAC, electrical and plumbing inside an existing operating building, with the work phased to keep the facility running.

Have a project in design or permitting?
