OCIM Pharmaceuticals Office & Lab
MEP design for an office and laboratory suite: HVAC, electrical and plumbing designed around lab equipment loads and ventilation while keeping the office areas comfortable and efficient.
We provided full MEP design for the OCIM Pharmaceuticals office and laboratory facility in Parsippany. The scope covered HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems tailored to the specialized requirements of lab environments, with a separate ventilation and exhaust strategy for the lab zones and conventional comfort cooling for the offices. The project was delivered to the client’s schedule and passed local plan review without resubmission.
