Safrel Pharmaceuticals Renovation
Interior renovation of a 25,000 SF pharmaceutical facility: upgraded HVAC, electrical and plumbing inside the existing building to meet pharmaceutical standards.
We provided MEP design for interior renovations at Safrel Pharmaceuticals in South Brunswick, New Jersey. The 25,000 square foot project upgraded the HVAC, electrical and plumbing systems within the existing building to meet pharmaceutical operating standards, improve reliability and bring the systems in line with current code. Existing conditions were surveyed and the new work was phased to keep the facility running.
