BIM, Revit Modeling and Drafting Services
Revit MEP modeling, clash detection, scan-to-BIM, CAD-to-Revit conversion and drafting support for design teams.
Modeling is how we coordinate four trades in one set of drawings, and it is also a service we provide on its own to architects, other engineers and contractors who need capacity, existing-conditions models or clash reports.
What we provide
- MEP modeling for our own projects and for other design teams, with families and schedules set up for sheets, not just visualization.
- Coordination and clash detection across architecture, structure and MEP, with reports the team can act on and a log of how each clash was resolved.
- Existing conditions: scan-to-BIM and field-verified models for renovations and tenant fit-outs.
- Conversion and detailing: CAD-to-Revit conversion, millwork detailing and coordination drawings.
Why it matters
A coordinated model finds the duct that hits the beam and the panel that lands in the closet before the contractor does. On renovation work, an accurate existing-conditions model removes the guesswork from the demolition and new-work drawings and reduces field changes.

Do you work in the architect's Revit model or your own?
Either. We can link into the architect's central model and work in a shared environment, or model MEP in our own file linked to the architectural background, depending on how the team is set up.
Can you produce a Revit model from a laser scan?
Yes. We convert registered point clouds into Revit models of the existing building, including ceilings, structure and existing MEP where visible, at the level of detail the project needs.
Do you offer drafting-only support to other engineers?
Yes. We provide drafting and modeling support to engineering firms and contractors that need capacity, working under their standards and templates.
