Yes. We design the tenant work to the landlord's design criteria and submit for landlord review alongside the building department, and we answer both sets of comments.
Can you provide the energy code forms for an interior alteration?
Yes. Interior alterations trigger lighting, and sometimes mechanical, compliance. We prepare the COMcheck or state forms with the drawings so they agree.
