Electrical Load Letter
PE-sealed load calculation and letter for the utility, the landlord or the building department.
An electrical load letter states the existing and proposed electrical load for a space, calculated per NEC Article 220, and is signed and sealed by a licensed professional engineer. Utilities, landlords and building departments ask for it before approving a new service, a tenant’s equipment or a permit. We prepare them in two to three business days from a complete equipment list.
