Full MEP design for the interior renovation of Sitar Cafe, a fine-dining Indian restaurant inside a casino on the Atlantic City boardwalk. The design covered HVAC, electrical and plumbing to state code, with a commercial kitchen exhaust system, cold storage integration, energy-efficient equipment and rooftop equipment placement coordinated with the host building.
